Type of Project: Support the new Recruitment Website with amazing Recruitment Video

Due to our previous work with our client we were again contacted by easyJet. They needed us to support the launch of their new careers website by creating a large number of story driven recruitment video to a tight deadline. 

The past two years have been some of the busiest for recruitment within easyJet, with record numbers of cabin crew, pilots, and head office colleagues joining the business. They are always looking to improve the candidate experience and to give more reasons to make it easyJet. They needed us to help them create the story driven recruitment video content to support their new website launch.

Built on a modern platform and designed around a mobile-first experience, the site enables easyJet to better tell candidates about their unique working culture known as the ‘Orange Spirit’ – and about how future candidates can play your part in building Europe’s most loved airline.

At Compass Video we use the power of storytelling to create easyJet’s recruitment content and we are proud to see how are videos are now being used!
